System Logout
For security reasons, you have been automatically logged out of the system.
To avoid "System Logout", please follow these steps:
1. Use a single browser session and single tab
You can only open one active session at a time.
Avoid cloning or opening multiple tabs.
2. General tips
Ensure cookies are enabled.
Clear your browser’s cache, then close the browser and start a new session in an incognito or private window.
For best results, use a desktop or laptop instead of a mobile device.
Try a different browser if possible.
3. If using Chrome, disable the browser’s preload pages setting
On desktop/laptop: Go to Settings → Performance → under “Speed” turn off the Preload pages toggle.
On mobile: Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → select No Preloading for the Preload pages option.
You can also search for “Preload pages” in the Settings search bar to find this setting more quickly.
4. Disable any anti-tracking or antivirus software
Disable any anti-tracking or antivirus software (such as AVG AntiTrack, Kamo, or similar browser extensions).
Alternatively, add https://360.carleton.ca as an allowed website exception.
5. Change your VPN usage
If using a VPN, configure it to prevent rotating IP addresses or try logging in without the VPN.
6. Use a different location
If possible, try connecting and logging in from a different location that uses a different internet service provider.
